As List Engineering’s owner and head engineer for over twenty-five years, Ron has seen the industry evolve and transform the role environmental systems play in our lives. A born engineer, he still works for the joy of designing clever solutions that make complex projects simple. Ron’s secret of success? He surrounds himself with extraordinary people, doesn’t settle for the cheapest or trendiest solution, and keeps costs reasonable. For that, he says, clients always get tremendous value. Blessed with authentic Midwestern values, Ron is always prepared to go the extra mile for his clients. Today, his wealth of knowledge and experience make him an emissary not only for List, but for the engineering industry.

Ron the Sky Bandit

A challenge-seeker with a love of the great outdoors, Ron is an accomplished sailor, pilot, skier, and on weekends, a bold explorer of back roads on his Harley. Leisurely hours might be spent reading up on politics or his heroes, the flyboys of WW II. Ron also has a passion for guitars. He has a room full of beautiful classic instruments where you’ll often find him playing everything from Bob Dylan to Bach. For Ron, work and play are synergistic; one revitalizes the other, which is just how he likes it.
