As List’s executive magician, Debbie juggles multiple tasks ranging from daily operations to the firm’s long-term planning. When Debbie delegates, she trusts her staff to deliver. Loyal and principled, she believes in a job not just well done, but exceptionally done. After twenty-five years of experience running multiple businesses, Debbie also has a sixth sense for understanding client needs; nurturing existing relationships and building new ones is a top priority. In fact, the unique way that List Engineering regards each client relationship as a long term commitment is one of the firm’s features Debbie is most proud of.

Debbie the Dog Whisperer

Ensuring uncompromised service demands intense focus, so in her off hours, Debbie indulges two forms of spontaneous fun: Dolly her teacup poodle and Daphne her bichon frise. A devoted dog lover and rescuer, Debbie regularly promotes local shelters as well as Leader Dogs for the Blind. On weekends she’s known to trade her Brooks Brothers for Levis and take the all-terrain vehicle or the Harley out for a spin with Ron. Other choice activities include fishing, entertaining (their home in Monterey is elegant and of course eminently environmentally balanced) and visiting her many close friends and relatives on the East Coast whenever possible.
